VP Level - Corporate Counsel

This is a high-impact, leadership role on a legal team that's valued at the highest levels of the company. The right candidate will have strong experience with contracts and corporate law , a sharp business sense, and the ability to lead a small team. Our client is looking for someone who's ready to help drive the business forward.

Base pay range

$210,000.00/yr - $240,000.00/yr

What You'll Do

• Advise senior leadership on a wide range of corporate legal matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and contracts
• Support M&A and corporate transactions
• Manage risk and ensure legal and regulatory compliance
• Lead and mentor a small legal team
• Collaborate cross-functionally across the business

What You Bring

• J.D. and active bar membership in Massachusetts
• At least 8 years of corporate or commercial legal experience (law firm or in-house)
• Deep expertise in contracts and corporate law
• Strong communicator with executive presence
• Proven leadership and ability to work independently
• Bonus: Familiarity with insurance regulations is a plus
