- Lead and develop the Dealer Channel team, setting strategic direction and ensuring effective resource use.
- Support dealers in growing Quadient sales through field engagement, training, and consultative guidance.
- Provide coaching on sales structure, territory planning, hiring, and business development.
- Deliver training on sales skills, product knowledge, and Quadient solutions.
- Resolve complex issues and foster collaboration across teams and functions.
- Monitor performance, analyze trends, and provide accurate forecasts and reporting.
- Strengthen dealer relationships and ensure alignment with distribution agreements.
- Lead major cross-regional deals and support new dealer recruitment.
- Partner with marketing on promotions, pricing, and competitive insights.
- Organize dealer conferences and share market intelligence regularly.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field (MBA preferred or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience in technology or capital equipment.
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a track record of team success.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing national or government accounts is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with technical learning.
- Willingness to travel nationally (approx. 30% overnight).
