We're seeking a strategic and collaborative sales leader to drive growth through our dealer channel. This role leads a national team of Dealer Sales Managers and partners closely with internal stakeholders to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

  • Lead and develop the Dealer Channel team, setting strategic direction and ensuring effective resource use.
  • Support dealers in growing Quadient sales through field engagement, training, and consultative guidance.
  • Provide coaching on sales structure, territory planning, hiring, and business development.
  • Deliver training on sales skills, product knowledge, and Quadient solutions.
  • Resolve complex issues and foster collaboration across teams and functions.
  • Monitor performance, analyze trends, and provide accurate forecasts and reporting.
  • Strengthen dealer relationships and ensure alignment with distribution agreements.
  • Lead major cross-regional deals and support new dealer recruitment.
  • Partner with marketing on promotions, pricing, and competitive insights.
  • Organize dealer conferences and share market intelligence regularly.


Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (MBA preferred or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience in technology or capital equipment.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a track record of team success.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing national or government accounts is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with technical learning.
  • Willingness to travel nationally (approx. 30% overnight).

This Position Has a Target Base Salary Of

$220,000.00

And Annual Commission Target Of

$100,000.00
