Senior Administrative Specialist – Neuropsychology
We are seeking a Senior Administrative Specialist to provide critical support in managing office operations, client services, and administrative workflows in a healthcare environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining stability while supporting company growth.
Location : Needham, MA (On-site)
Compensation : $65,000 – $75,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office operations and client communications, ensuring smooth scheduling and patient interactions
- Support billing processes, accounts receivable, and insurance-related activities
- Assist with HR functions such as credentialing staff and maintaining employee information
- Manage database systems, documentation, file organization, and technology support
- Track payments, maintain accurate records, and contribute to process improvement
- Provide direct support to clinicians and leadership on projects and workflows
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5+ years in administrative or office support, including substantial data entry experience
- Prior experience in healthcare administration, with exposure to insurance billing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Onsite availability in Needham, MA
