Class A Commercial Driver’s License - Entry Level - Regional Position
365 Freight USA is hiring entry-level and experienced CDL-A truck drivers for regional routes across the Midwest and East. This role is designed to keep drivers closer to home while offering competitive pay, paid training, modern equipment, and a full benefits package. Recent CDL-A graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Compensation and pay-related details
- Competitive weekly pay $1,400–$1,550 per week for new drivers
- Typical weekly mileage: approximately 2,500–3,000 miles, depending on account
- Performance bonus paid every 30 days

- Primary responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles on regional routes across the Midwest and East
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required logs
- Deliver freight safely, on time, and in accordance with customer requirements
- Comply with DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service rules
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch and customers
- Minimum qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
- Entry-level applicants: minimum 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- Ability to meet DOT qualification requirements and to pass required pre-employment screenings
- Additional information
- No prior over-the-road experience is required for entry-level candidates; training is provided.
- Regional assignments prioritize weekly home time; exact schedule varies by account.
