✨ Your Impact at Lila

We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build robust infrastructure that powers Lila’s ML workflows and research tooling.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Building

• CI/CD pipelines and integration tests for ML workflows.


• Cross-repo orchestration and architect repository designs to follow consistent standards.


• Support debugging, logging, and maintenance for Ray-based compute environments.


• Data ingestion pipelines linking lab data to ML teams.

🧰 What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Experience with large codebases and MLOps systems.


• Strong Python and cloud/HPC skills.


• Familiarity with orchestration frameworks (Ray, Argo, Airflow).

✨ Bonus Points For

• Research engineering or scientific software experience.


• Large-scale infra design or repo architecture.
