Payroll Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Specialist. This role will focus on processing payroll every Tuesday and Wednesday. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll systems, particularly ADP, and be comfortable working with internal time-tracking systems.
Responsibilities

Process weekly payroll for employees every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Pull payroll reports from the internal tracking system.

Upload and process payroll data in ADP.

Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Address and resolve payroll discrepancies or employee inquiries.

Collaborate with HR and Finance teams.

Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills Needed
-
Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably with ADP.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with time-tracking systems and data uploads.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications

High School Diploma required, Bachelor's/Associate's in Finance OR Accounting preferred but not required

Proficiency in Excel.

Experience with payroll systems.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Weymouth, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
