Physical Therapist
Element Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team serving the elderly through the PACE program. This position involves providing tailored physical therapy to older adults, helping them maintain or improve their physical capabilities and overall health. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to design and administer therapies that help our clients live as actively and independently as possible within the comfort of their own homes.
