Along the way, you’re solving complex issues, mentoring apprentices, and working on cutting-edge gear—from advanced VRF systems like LG Multi V to sophisticated VFD-driven setups. What you'll do

• Oversee installations to ensure safe, high-quality results
• Diagnose commercial and residential HVAC equipment issues with precision
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every visit
• Provide technical support in the field to teammates and clients
• Perform sheet metal work as needed to complete projects
• Inspect jobs upon completion and leave work areas spotless
• Conduct preventative maintenance to maximize system uptime

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of HVAC field experience and strong mechanical aptitude
• Self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to work independently or on a team
• Brazing proficiency and knowledge of 3-phase power
• Current MA or RI Refrigeration license
• EPA certification and OSHA 10 (mandatory)
• Ability to read voltages and use electric meters confidently
• Experience with Aaon or LG Multi V equipment (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation

Estimated salary: $50–$65 per hour, with flexibility based on experience and skills.
