Intensive Care Registered Nurse up to $80/hour
Summary:
- We have openings with our partner hospital in Boston
- Pay for this role is based on the shift and can range from $70-80/hour
- Shifts are based on availability. We will partner with you and the hospital to accommodate your best preferences
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and implement care plans tailored to physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs
- Administer medications, document interventions, and monitor patient responses
- Manage tracheostomy care, including suctioning and tube maintenance
- Educate patients and families on recovery and healthy practices
- Ensure accurate documentation and adhere to hospital and regulatory standards
- Contribute to quality improvement, risk management, and infection control efforts
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of critical care nursing, in a MICU or ICU
- Tracheostomy care and telemetry experience in a hospital setting
- Critical care expertise, including monitoring and managing critically ill patients
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
