Job Title: Billing Coordinator (Customer Service)
Location: Canton, Massachusetts

Type: Contract - Through January 2026
Compensation: $24/Hour
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 32-40 Hours/Week, M-F

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Third-Party Billing Coordinator to support our team on a temporary basis. This role involves handling vendor invoices, reconciling purchase orders, and ensuring billing accuracy using SAP.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, print, and reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders.

• Verify pricing, quantities, and shipping details; resolve discrepancies with CSRs or vendors.

• Process transportation charges and allocate costs to correct regions.

• Organize, scan, and forward invoices for Accounts Payable processing.

• Perform final billing checks to confirm pricing accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Prior billing, AP/AR, or administrative experience preferred.

• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Effective communication and organizational skills.
