Job Summary
The Behavioral Health Occupational Therapist conducts evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and facilitates therapeutic groups that support functional improvement, emotional regulation, daily living skills, and productive activity. This role plays a vital part in helping patients with mental illness achieve greater independence and quality of life.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
- Active Massachusetts OT License (required)
- Current BLS CPR certification
- 3+ months of experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
