$1,500 Sign on Bonus*

10% shift differential for 2nd shift

2nd Shift Schedule

This position is for 2nd shift.

Monday - Friday 3:30 PM - midnight

Overtime available on a business need basis.

What You Will Do

Responsible for the set-up, calibration, and operation of machines used in production processes.

Work from verbal or written instructions, diagrams, or models.

Inspect machining operations and finished products against specified tolerances using precision measuring tools.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning.

Set up and operate a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

Use computer-controlled equipment to select, position and secure automatic or semi-automatic machines.

Control and adjust machine settings to complete routine tasks according to specifications.

May make calculations and assist with numeric controlled programming.

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Qualifications We Prefer

Completion of CNC Machine Operating technical school program.

1 year machine operator experience

The salary range for this role is 36,992 USD to 69,380 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
