Job Title: General Laborer/ WarehouseHiring Immediately

Job Description

Join our team as an Order Picker/Forklift Operator within a dynamic warehouse setting. You will work with beams and rebars, some of which are up to 40 feet long, using a forklift to move these products efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move beams and rebars.
• Pick and organize orders accurately.
• Load and unload products as needed.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.

Essential Skills

• Experience operating an Order Picker or Reach Truck.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous warehouse experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with crane operation is advantageous.
• Familiarity with construction materials handling.

Work Environment

The role is primarily based inside the warehouse, with about 85% of work conducted indoors. However, you will spend around 15% of your time outside, handling larger beams. The position offers 2nd Shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westport, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
