Field Services Technician
Ricoh is looking for a Field Services Technician in the Boston, MA area!
Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hrs/week)$27/hour + mileage reimbursement
Personal vehicle + valid driver's license is required. What does this position entail?
- Service and repair complex office equipment out in the field.
- Run advanced diagnostics and tackle tough technical issues.
- Install, upgrade, and set up new devices at customer sites.
- Provide 2nd‑level support to other techs when they need backup.
- Manage your own parts, tools, and inventory.
- Build strong customer relationships and keep service quality high.
- Spot potential revenue or upgrade opportunities during visits.
- Train new techs and help with technical workshops or demos.
- Step in for the Field Tech Service Manager when needed.
- Work independently while keeping professional standards and certifications current.
