Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Oncology Travel Pharmacist for a contract position in Pittsfield, Massachusetts . This is a full-time, weekday position in an acute care hospital Cancer and Infusion Center . The ideal candidate must be skilled in sterile pounding and chemotherapy preparation, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Position Details:

• Setting: Acute Care Oncology / Infusion Center

• Schedule: Monday Friday | Day shift (~7:00 AM 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM 4:30 PM)

• Duration: 13-week contract (potential temp-to-hire)

• Start: ASAP

• Must have reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and verify appropriateness of patient therapy and perform clinical interventions

• Prepare and supervise the preparation of IV admixtures and chemotherapy

• Oversee and manage inventory of medications and supplies

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff

• Develop, review, and update departmental and nursing policies

• Standardize chemotherapy medication ordering procedures

• Serve as liaison to other departments and provide operational and educational support

• Participate in clinical research and professional development activities

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts Pharmacist License

• Minimum 5 years of acute care clinical pharmacy experience

• Sterile pounding and chemotherapy preparation experience required

• Must be able to work independently and supervise pharmacy support staff

Preferred (Strongly Required):

• pletion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 Residency in Oncology

• Board Certification in Oncology Pharmacy (BCOP)

Highly Desired:

• Experience with specialty pharmacy medication management
