Your mission

Uptime, safety, and precision—own them. Help us keep critical production equipment running at its best while collaborating across teams to solve problems quickly and thoroughly.

Key responsibilities

• Lead with safety; adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively, share information, and work cross-functionally to resolve issues.
• Provide and receive constructive feedback with professionalism.
• Anticipate operational changes and respond to achieve team goals.
• Work independently with a results-driven mindset.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical machines and process equipment.
• Prioritize tasks based on business needs and production impact.
• Analyze site-wide technical problems and implement solutions.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and self-direction.
• Continuously build new skills and adopt new technologies.
• Use computer systems for CMMS/work orders, documentation, and diagnostics.
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts in a safe, compliant manner.
• Execute precision tasks: welding, pipe fitting, rigging, and lubrication.
• Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year technical/vocational degree strongly preferred.
• Preferred: 4+ years relevant experience (general mechanic, pipefitter, chemical manufacturing, refinery, etc.).
• Preferred: millwright and/or precision mechanic experience.
• General knowledge of basic electrical gear, motors, and controls.
• Desired: ability to read, write, and comprehend documents in English.
• PPE required: earplugs, gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, and steel-toed shoes.
• Physical demands: ability to stand, climb stairs, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb for extended periods; lift/move up to 45 lbs.
