Senior Promotions Manager, AMS
Job Description
This is a phenomenal opportunity to join our strong, growing Global LEGO® Retail Category Management and Promotions team as a Global Senior Manager for our Americas Promotions (United States, Canada, Mexico). You will play a pivotal role in spearheading Americas promotions strategy and plans, operationalizing and refining our plans as a key commercial growth driver and brand differentiator. Strategic Objectives :
Drive the development and delivery of the AMS and global promotions plan, collaborating with other Promotions Managers and partners to achieve our planned targets.
Spearhead the AMS promotions strategy for LEGO Retail, with clear ownership for operationalizing and continuously refining it.
Partner with LEGO Retail AMS Marketing teams to identify and enable local opportunities, integrating promotions into selected local opportunities for maximum impact.
Innovate and Evolve Promotions Portfolio by driving strategic projects and developing regional and global frameworks for promotional initiatives to meet business and future shopper needs.
Embed data- and insights-led decision-making to increase promotional effectiveness and refine the AMS promotions strategy with key partners.
Core Responsibilities:
Drive Promotional Planning to Achieve Profitable Growth
Oversee the development and delivery of the LEGO Retail AMS promotional plans and lead detailed planning and execution of a global promotional plan, in collaboration with other Promotions Managers and partners.
Deliver AMS commercial and shopper targets that ladder up to global, ensuring promotion investments stay on budget in partnership with Analyst, Revenue and Finance.
Ensure plans integrate broader or local business and partner needs while adhering to global guidelines and principles.
Lead and Implement the AMS Promotions Strategy
Develop a comprehensive understanding of shopper data, channel positioning, and the retail landscape to shape the LEGO Retail AMS promotions strategy.
Define clear objectives and success metrics to optimize effectiveness with relevant partners.
Foster strong relationships and continuous collaboration with the LEGO Retail AMS teams to enhance understanding of promotions – including the why, how, and when - and how success is measured.
Strengthen Promotions Deployment and Innovation
Facilitate workshops and meeting to support strategy and plan deployment for promotions, ensuring transparent updates and effective collaboration with the team and partners.
Participate in relevant Marketing and Commercial workshops, providing visibility plans and shaping promotional opportunities to meet objectives.
Plan test-and-learn initiatives to continuously evolve the promotions portfolio and strengthen our capabilities against audience needs and business objectives.

The Promotions team sits within the broader Category Management & Promotions organization and supports LEGO® Retail markets and channels by setting the global direction for promotions. We define the promotional strategy, translate it into clear plans, and provide the frameworks and guardrails that enable consistent, high-quality execution.
Shoppers and consumers are at the centre of our work. We ensure promotions enhance the brand experience and strengthen brand love end to end - from strategy and planning through to briefing Marketing and Communications, so promotions are delivered seamlessly across key touchpoints. We also measure effectiveness and use performance insights to continuously refine our approach.
Do you have what it takes?
Extensive experience in commercial marketing and omni-retail / eCommerce roles, ideally with E2E expertise from planning to point of sale.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Validated experience in promotions and/or loyalty management is a strong plus!
Proven track record designing and rolling out marketing and promotions plans that drive measurable sales and shopper outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to connect marketing levers, sales performance and financial impact , combining analytical rigor with creative problem-solving.
Solid strategic, end-to-end thinking – able to translate insights and global strategy into clear, commercially grounded marketing priorities.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; building trusted relationships across functions and time zones is essential for this role.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of project management; process-improvement perspective; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI) to read data and drive conclusions.
Willingness to travel internationally (2–3 times a year).

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $134,750.00 - $202,126.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
