What You'll DoAs a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple residential remodeling projects from handoff through completion. You'll work closely with leadership, homeowners, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure every project stays on schedule and on budget and meets the quality standards Cutler Building & Remodeling is known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage residential remodeling and renovation projects from kickoff through final completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules while proactively identifying and resolving delays.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
- Monitor project budgets, change orders, and overall job profitability.
- Conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout construction.
- Communicate project updates clearly with clients and internal leadership.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, organization, and project execution as the company continues to grow.
We're looking for someone who combines strong construction knowledge with professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years of residential construction project management experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors across multiple active projects.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to solve problems proactively and keep projects moving forward.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence communicating with homeowners, field teams, and leadership.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Bonus Points If You Have Experience With
- High-end remodeling or custom residential construction.
- Proficiency in JobTread is highly preferred
- Process improvement or SOP development.
- KPI-driven or highly organized production environments.

- Competitive salary: $85,000 - $95,000 based on experience.
