⚲ Multiple Studio Locations in Greater Boston & Cambridge | Salaried Role
Down Under School of Yoga is seeking warm, self-motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team as full-time Studio Managers. If you're someone with previous management and sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment — and you’re passionate about yoga, wellness, and building community — we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing As the face of the studio, you’ll play a vital role in shaping each student’s experience — from their first welcome to their post-class exhale. Responsibilities include:
- Creating a warm, inclusive environment for students and teachers
- Managing busy class check-ins and high-volume customer service
- Communicating with clarity and care — both in person and over email/phone
- Supporting studio operations: sales, cleanliness, tech/AV, and more
- Being a problem solver and trusted presence on-site
- Proactively engaging with students to help them feel seen, supported, and connected
- Supporting and tracking sales conversion of intro offers to memberships and contributing to class attendance growth
- Collaborating with teachers to support each student’s unique practice journey
Sales & Service Mindset
We’re looking for someone who brings a genuine, relationship-driven approach to customer service and sales. You’ll be the face of the studio during your shifts — connecting with students, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right classes or offerings. Experience in wellness, hospitality, or consultative sales is a strong plus.

- Bring a relationship-first, consultative approach to service and sales
- Can authentically connect with students, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right classes, memberships, and offerings
- Have experience in wellness, hospitality, or a service-based sales environment
- Can work evenings/weekends (Fri–Sun) and/or Monday shifts
- Have a strong track record in sales, customer service, multitasking, and operations
- Know your way around MindBody Online, Google Workspace, and Apple tech
- Can write and speak with professionalism, personality, and care
- Don’t mind jumping in — whether it’s selling a membership or mopping the floor
- Are open to feedback and eager to grow personally and professionally
- Want to be part of a mission-driven, woman-founded company changing the industry for good
Bonus: 200-Hour Yoga Teachers are encouraged to apply! Teaching opportunities are available, paid separately from this role.
