CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact of the customer, providing guidance and support to ensure an exceptional customer experience while also handling the administration and Electronic Data Interchange systems. This role assists in resolving escalated issues and supports daily operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordination of processes to identify customer needs on time and high-quality provision.
• Ensuring continuous movement of goods from the manufacturer/Hub to the customer in order to obtain maximum profit.
• Ensuring continuous control of receipt of orders from customers.
• Ensuring continuous monitoring of customer needs.
• Quality control of meeting customer needs (quantitatively and time-wise).
• Monitoring of the shipment of finished products.
• Ensuring continuous control over the amount of finished products.
• Checking the terms of delivery of the shipment of goods.
• Control of improvements and updates of planned and accounting documentation, programs.
• Cooperation in preparing for and passing the audit.
• Fulfillment of environmental management system documentation requirements.
• Respecting and participating in the rules of the environmental management standard ISO 14001, safety and health in the workplace ISO 45001 and the energy efficiency standard ISO 50001, as well as the preparation of documentation required for Audits and providing support during them.
•Assuring the Customer Portail Daily Follow and monitoring the customer score card.
• Maintain the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system to ensure smooth and accurate data exchanges.
• Monitor EDI transactions, resolve issues, and collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration.
• Monthly follow up of customer claims with sales team.
• Ensure customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat are handled professionally, accurately, and promptly.
• Coordinate with Plant Production planning to assure the customer demand.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate Engineer or master’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Confident user of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of the English language at Advanced level.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain professionalism.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
