We are currently seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team in Massachusetts. This role involves providing direct client care for a minimum of 10-15 hours per week and supervising provisionally licensed social workers in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Services:
   • Conduct individual therapy sessions for clients using evidence-based practices.
   • Perform comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
   • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment documentation.
   • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and client-centered care.
   • Stay up-to-date with best practices, treatment modalities, and relevant therapeutic interventions.
2. Supervision:
   • Provide clinical supervision to provisionally licensed social workers, ensuring adherence to state licensing requirements and ethical standards.
   • Conduct regular supervision meetings to discuss cases, review progress, and provide guidance.
   • Support the professional development and growth of supervisees by offering constructive feedback and resources.
   • Maintain documentation of supervision hours and progress for each supervisee.
3. Compliance:
   • Ensure compliance with all relevant state licensing laws, regulations, and professional codes of ethics.
   • Stay informed about changes in licensing requirements and adjust supervision practices accordingly.
   • Assist supervisees in completing required documentation for licensure.
4. Professional Development:
   • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
   • Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.
   • Stay informed about developments in the field of mental health and social work.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work (MSW or DSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active LICSW license in Massachusetts.
• Experience providing therapy services to clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience in clinical supervision is a plus.
