REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted to or eligible for admission in Washington, DC.
- Prior patent litigation experience in district courts and/or before the ITC
- Previous experience with handling patent infringement and validity analyses
- Previous experience with drafting and preparing motions and briefs concerning patent issues
- Previous experience with handling/managing discovery aspects of litigation
- Some previous experience/involvement with preparing for, defending, or taking depositions is preferable
- Some previous experience with working with expert and fact witnesses is preferable
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or related field of study is preferred, but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and exercise extreme attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in team settings
