About Busek:
Busek is a leading innovator in space propulsion and engineering solutions, specializing in electric propulsion, chemical propulsion, and related technologies. Our expertise includes Hall effect thrusters, electrospray propulsion, and green monopropellant systems, supporting both commercial and government space missions.
We are seeking hands-on, technically skilled individuals to join our manufacturing team in a contract role with the potential for permanent conversion. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience and training in the aerospace industry, working on cutting-edge propulsion systems that support next-generation space missions. Desired Skills:
- Candidates with strong hands-on technical skills, even without a formal degree.
- Experienced technicians who have worked in manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical roles.
- Work in a high-precision manufacturing environment assembling and testing aerospace components.
- Follow detailed technical procedures to ensure quality and performance.
- Learn and apply aerospace manufacturing standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 - $85,000. Actual compensation will be determined by the candidate’s experience, education, and alignment with organizational needs.
