Travel Physical Therapist Job

TLC Healthforce
Leeds, MA
Embark on a dynamic Travel Physical Therapist opportunity that combines clinical impact with the adventure of exploring Massachusetts, specifically Leeds, while maintaining a strong, continuous connection to patient outcomes. Starting on 03/16/2026, this role invites you to apply your expertise in rehabilitation to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and reclaim independence across diverse care settings. You’ll assess function, design individualized treatment plans, deliver evidence-based interventions, perform manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, and guide gait and balance retraining. You’ll educate patients and families, coordinate with physicians and the broader care team, and monitor progress to ensure safe, effective progress toward meaningful goals. The assignment is structured to provide a reliable base of 35 guaranteed hours per week, with a competitive weekly pay range of $2,334 to $2,389. The contract typically spans 13 weeks, with strong opportunities to extend based on clinical impact, facility needs, and performance. In addition to competitive compensation, you’ll benefit from housing assistance and a sign-on incentive designed to support your transition, travel, and lodging as you set roots in new communities. You’ll enjoy comprehensive support with 24/7 availability while traveling with the company, ensuring you have trusted resources for logistics, safety, and clinical questions at any hour. Please note that the listed hours and pay are estimates and may vary; final compensation packages and guaranteed hours will be confirmed during the hiring process.

Location benefits go beyond the clinical experience. Leeds, MA offers a welcoming, tight-knit community with access to regional amenities, outdoor recreation, and the charm of New England living. Massachusetts as a whole showcases stunning coastline, forested landscapes, historic towns, world-class cultural venues, and a thriving educational and medical ecosystem. Working here enables you to immerse yourself in local experiences while building a broader professional portfolio through assignments across the United States, exposing you to a spectrum of clinical settings, patient demographics, and care models. Whether you’re drawn to coastal retreats, mountain trails, or urban medical centers within reach of Boston and beyond, this travel model supports both personal discovery and robust professional development, helping you grow as an adaptable and highly skilled clinician.

Role specifics and benefits emphasize growth, collaboration, and stability. You’ll partner with interdisciplinary teams to implement comprehensive treatment plans, track functional outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed to maximize independence and quality of life. The role offers pathways for specialized advancement in areas such as gait and balance, vestibular rehabilitation, neuromuscular rehab, or pediatric adaptations, with potential leadership opportunities as you accumulate diverse experiences. In addition to the foundational benefits, you’ll have access to ongoing education reimbursement, credentialing support, and mentorship that align with your career goals. The package is designed to recognize your clinical expertise and commitment, including a sign-on bonus, housing assistance, and options for contract extensions to deepen your clinical footprint. A 24/7 support framework accompanies you throughout each assignment, giving you a reliable resource for travel logistics, safety concerns, and clinical consultation whenever you need it. You’ll enjoy modern clinical resources, streamlined onboarding, and a collaborative environment that values your clinical judgment and initiative.

Company values center on empowerment, respect, and sustained growth. Our organization is committed to empowering therapists by expanding opportunities for career advancement, supporting ongoing education, credentialing, and leadership development, and cultivating a supportive, solution-focused workplace. We prioritize patient-centered care, transparent communication, and a culture that respects diverse backgrounds, fosters teamwork, and champions work-life balance. You will be part of a network that honors your contributions, provides steady guidance, and invests in your professional journey as you navigate varied patient populations across the country.

If you’re ready to broaden your clinical impact, apply now to join a company that values your expertise, supports your development, and invites you to explore new communities while advancing as a Physical Therapist. This position offers meaningful patient engagement, a clear growth trajectory, and the security of a structured support system alongside competitive compensation.
