About Us

Insurcomm Restoration delivers complete restoration, reconstruction, and emergency response you can rely on when everything needs to go right. For more than 30 years, we have helped property owners, facility teams, and communities recover from fire, water, mold, storms, and environmental hazards.

As part of Fortify Companies, we are building something bigger. Fortify’s roots are in restoration—helping families and businesses recover when disaster strikes. Today, we align insurance carriers, property owners, and service providers across prevention, response, restoration, and rebuild.

Through our family of companies, we deliver coordinated support across 210+ markets nationwide, backed by Summit Partners. Our teams, technology, and local expertise work together so property owners and insurers experience fewer losses, faster recoveries, and a partner they can trust.

Our Brand Values

  • Safety first, always: We protect our team, clients, and communities.
  • Service-driven: We lead with empathy, respect, and accountability.
  • High energy: We show up with urgency and a get-it-done mindset.
  • Predictable results: Standardized systems create consistent outcomes.
  • Stronger together: Collaboration drives relationships and results.

About the Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead restoration rebuild projects from inspection through completion. You will inspect losses, write estimates, negotiate with adjusters, and deliver high-quality reconstruction.

This is a revenue-generating leadership role managing $1.5–$2 million in annual project volume while building strong relationships with clients and insurance partners.

When it matters most, we show up with heart—and we need project managers who do the same.

What You’ll Do

  • Inspect losses and create accurate scopes in Xactimate
  • Document projects using Docusketch for insurance-related records
  • Negotiate with insurance companies and close sales
  • Manage projects from contract through completion with clear scope, timelines, and expectations
  • Develop detailed schedules and coordinate production teams
  • Recruit, retain, and manage a reliable subcontractor network
  • Oversee material selections, permitting, and code compliance
  • Manage budgets to ensure project profitability
  • Complete change orders, supplementals, and project close-outs
  • Navigate TPA and program requirements
  • Mentor and develop production staff
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team and business.

Ready to Join Us?

We are building the future of property protection and need strong project managers to help lead the way. If you operate with integrity, value relationships, and are ready to manage high-impact projects that help people through challenging moments, we encourage you to apply.
