Divisional Marketing Manager (Senior Living)
Divisional Marketing Manager – Northeastern US/Seaton Senior Living
Location: Remote/Eastern or Central Standard Time (Ideal Locations: Philadelphia, PA, Tampa, FL, Chicago, IL or Boston, MA)
Compensation: $80,000– $90,000 + 10% Bonus
Travel: Minimal <15%
Seaton Senior Living is seeking an experienced Divisional Marketing Manager to lead community-level marketing initiatives within the Northeastern US . This role is responsible for driving lead generation, lead conversion, and community outreach to support occupancy growth across multiple communities.
We are looking for a strategic, creative leader who can:
- Develop and implement localized marketing campaigns to support sales and occupancy goals.
- Partner with STAT Marketing, Divisional Sales, and community teams on advertising, digital strategy, social media, and events.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and ROI reporting for all divisional marketing activities.
- Oversee digital presence, including websites, community reviews, and social media engagement.
- Research and execute local marketing opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and lead generation.
- Collaborate across divisions to share best practices and campaign strategies.
Your Role: Divisional Marketing Manager
As Divisional Marketing Manager, you’ll serve as the marketing lead for your division, developing and executing strategies that support occupancy and sales performance. You will partner closely with regional and community sales teams, manage marketing budgets, and ensure consistent, brand-aligned messaging across multiple channels.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Development
- Create localized marketing campaigns in collaboration with sales and operations teams.
- Research competitive market conditions and identify opportunities to differentiate community offerings.
- Develop creative campaigns and sales-driven messaging across traditional and digital channels.
Digital Marketing & Media
- Partner with STAT Marketing and the Paid Media team on digital advertising strategies.
- Ensure community websites, blogs, and online content are accurate and engaging.
- Oversee social media presence, including content approval, engagement, and review responses.
Outreach & Event Support
- Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure professional networking events and referral outreach are effectively marketed.
- Coordinate sponsorships and community-level brand awareness initiatives.
- Support public relations and special project campaigns.
Budgeting & Reporting
- Manage divisional marketing budgets, monthly allocations, and invoice processing.
- Track and analyze marketing performance, including ROI, cost per lead, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare and present reports on divisional marketing activity and results.
What You Bring
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (preferred) with a minimum of 5 years of proven marketing experience, including at least 3 years in analytics, reporting, and budget/P&L management.
- Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital (paid media, web strategy) and traditional channels.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and present results to stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and copywriting abilities paired with strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Professional Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
