• End Date: December 31, 2025
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Hours per Week: 40
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1620 - $1660
• Patient Population: Adults with spinal conditions (spondylosis, disk disease, osteoporosis, spinal stenosis, and more)

LPN Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (must be in hand prior to start)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association required)
• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience; ambulatory or outpatient clinic experience preferred
• Experience with Epic electronic health record (EHR) system preferred
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
• Proficient in ambulation support, medication reconciliation, pain assessment/management, and patient health history documentation
• Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

LPN Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care to adults with a range of spinal diagnoses
• Assist with outpatient procedures, including suture and staple removal
• Conduct medication reconciliation and pain assessments
• Accurately document patient health questionnaires, medical histories, and allergies
• Communicate patient status changes to registered nurses (RNs) and physicians
• Support patient ambulation and mobility within the clinic
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant clinical environment
