Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director of Dining Services to lead a dynamic, busy corporate dining account. This role will oversee a sizeable team. Interested applicants must have a proven track record of successfully leading a high volume food & beverage operation.

Working as the Director of Dining Services, you oversee the day to day food service operations, ensuring a top notch experience for the client and employees. You will manage and lead a team of engaged employees and you will manage client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development. Our Director of Dining Services must be diligent, engaged, and passionate about exceptional service!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
  • Maintains excellent relationships with the client
  • Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students
  • Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary teams
  • Acts as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS Hospitality degree preferred
  • Three to five years of foodservice management experience required
  • Dining experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Financial and business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
