About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a high-growth AI company building a new category in AI innovation, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help scale demand generation, customer acquisition, and go-to-market execution during a period of rapid growth.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative and ambitious marketing team where you'll have significant ownership over campaign strategy, execution, and performance. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and operator—someone who can quickly understand complex products, execute at a high level, and drive initiatives forward with minimal oversight.

The Role

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated growth marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue, specifically marketing to enterprise buyers and developers. This individual will work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, product, and executive stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and delivering measurable results.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, exceptional project management abilities, and a proactive approach to stakeholder management.

What You'll Do

Growth & Demand Generation

  • Evaluate, onboard, and oversee external partners including paid media agencies, content syndication vendors, and marketing technology providers.
  • Identify and assess new third-party programs and sponsorship opportunities (review sites, media partnerships, industry directories, etc.).
  • Develop and execute growth marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Own campaign strategy, planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Manage paid acquisition efforts, including search, digital advertising, and other performance marketing channels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness through testing, experimentation, and performance analysis.
  • Drive demand generation programs that contribute to pipeline growth and customer acquisition.

Account-Based & Integrated Marketing

  • Build and manage integrated campaigns across digital, email, content, events, and paid channels.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency and coordinated execution.
  • Measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Executive stakeholders.
  • Gather input, align priorities, and drive projects from concept through launch.
  • Ensure stakeholders remain informed on progress, timelines, risks, and results.
  • Build strong working relationships across teams to facilitate efficient execution.

Communication & Project Management

  • Maintain exceptional organization across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Proactively communicate updates and anticipate stakeholder needs.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • 6–8+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience managing integrated B2B marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Experienced in using AI tools, systems, analytics etc.
  • Familiarity with enterprise and PLG lifecycles
  • Strong background in account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to operate independently while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing AI/ML products, SaaS, enterprise software, or emerging technology products.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Experience collaborating closely with executive leadership teams.
  • Eastern Time Zone preferred.
