Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

We are seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist to join our team. This role is not a typical customer-facing position; instead, it focuses on data entry, order management, and internal operations support for the Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, maintain strong internal communication, and proactively resolve issues to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide premium customer service support through accurate, proactive, and timely communication with the customer service team, account team members, and internal partners.
• Respond to incoming emails and calls from internal teams.
• Accurately receive and maintain customer orders to ensure on-time delivery in line with expectations.
• Proactively identify and address issues through problem-solving, collaboration, and escalation.
• Support order book management and contribute to the overall efficiency of the digital marketplace.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with SAP/CRP systems .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (medium to high-level understanding).
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint .

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) systems .
• Familiarity with order book management .
• Exposure to digital marketplace operations .
