Financial and Administrative Assistant - University Setting
What to know:
- $27 per hour pay
- Full-time, on-site (may allow 1 day remote)
- Be part of a well-known and prestigious institution
- Work will mostly include financial tasks
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and calendars
- Assist with travel arrangements for students and staff
- Engage with students to provide support
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Review and analyze financial statements
- Demonstrate understanding of general ledger accounting
Requirements:
- Capable of pulling financial reports and analyzing financial statements
- Higher Education Experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working with diverse populations, including students from around the world
- Bachelor’s Degree
