Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) | Greenfield, MA.
Help patients rebuild strength, mobility, and independence through hands-on, meaningful care. We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a supportive rehabilitation team in Greenfield, MA.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed PT
Assist patients in improving mobility, function, and daily living skills
Document patient progress and treatment responses accurately
Support patient education and home exercise programs
Communicate patient status to the supervising PT and care team
Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance standards
What You’ll Bring:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active PTA license or eligibility to obtain in Rhode Island
Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical support skills
Commitment to patient-centered care and quality outcomes
