Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join our team at Xpansiv. In this role, you will execute the product vision to make Xpansiv Managed Solutions the premier company for monetizing Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) and Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) credits. You will leverage your understanding of customer and stakeholder needs and the industry landscape to help create and maintain a product roadmap. Your efforts will drive impactful projects, foster collaboration, support the adoption of renewable energy, and combat climate change.

• Define product requirements and specifications and oversee the design and development to ensure products and features meet quality standards.
• Conduct backlog grooming sessions on a regular, frequent basis with business stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders across teams, collaborating and building alignment around your plans and ensuring the engineering and design teams share and understand the user’s needs and benefits.
• Deliver projects with measurable and meaningful strategic impact for the business, operating with speed to impact in mind, knowing how to prioritize and pivot to maximize that impact.
• Use data-driven insights to refine product offerings and strategies.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing materials for assigned product categories

• 1-2 years of work experience in product management
• 1-2 years of Agile experience, including leading SCRUM ceremonies for a technical team
• Self-starter with the ability to identify and solve problems
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
• Renewable Energy background is a strong plus

Base Salary

Compensation for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, knowledge, education and training. However, compensation in the following regions is expected to be as follows:

Boston, MA: Compensation is expected to be between

$85,000-$95,000
