Sr End User Business Systems Analyst

The Senior End User Business Systems Analyst is needed to support multiple separation workstreams. The two main workstreams requiring a majority of analysis and planning are:

• End user colleague migration to new end user devices.
• Transitioning of two managed services for production support and infrastructure services, requiring demand and performance reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret structured and unstructured data points.
• Review complex data points, conduct interviews, and use critical thinking / problem-solving skills to develop actionable insights.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and can manage expectations effectively.
• Lead projects by driving planning exercises with support from organizational leaders.
• Provide strategic and data-driven recommendations to leadership supporting separation activities.
• Work with various other teams and departments to coordinate efforts and/or gather information.

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative, team-orientated attitude are required.
• Proven ability to take initiative and work with ambiguity in a self-directed environment.
• Strong planning abilities.
• MBA degree preferred.
