Business Analyst

Description Robert Half is partnering with a fast-growing organization that is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the company. In this role, you will play a key part in building and optimizing the data infrastructure that powers operational and strategic insights. The Business Analyst will design and maintain internal databases and data pipelines, develop dynamic dashboards and reports, and consolidate information from CRM, ERP, finance, sales, and other core systems into unified, easy-to-use reporting tools. Working closely with finance and cross-functional teams, you will create solutions that enhance billing, planning, and business performance, while also supporting CRM administration, workflow automation, and the development of SharePoint-based tools and internal portals. This role offers the opportunity to identify process improvements, drive automation, and deliver actionable insights through ad hoc analysis and reporting for leadership and client-facing teams. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in data analytics and IT, proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, strong SQL skills, and experience with Microsoft platforms including Dataverse, Power Platform, and SharePoint. A background working with CRM systems, advanced Excel capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently are key to success. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role. - Proficiency in business analysis techniques and methodologies. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data visualization and analysis. - Experience with Power BI for creating dashboards and generating reports. - Strong knowledge of CRM systems and SharePoint administration. - Ability to interpret and analyze sales metrics to provide actionable insights. - Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
