Senior Accountant, Real Estate Funds - Leading Asset Manager

Job Description
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial real estate assets
- Maintain general ledger activity, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and consolidations
- Assist with SEC filings and public company reporting requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party property managers and auditors
Qualifications
- CPA preferred
- Relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency with property accounting systems (Yardi preferred)
- Strong Excel and financial reporting system knowledge (e.g., Workiva, Oracle, etc.)
