Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn and garden maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming
• Prune shrubs, trees, and perennials using proper horticultural techniques
• Assist with seasonal cleanups such as leaf removal and debris hauling in spring and fall
• Spread mulch, compost, and other materials with attention to detail
• Operate hand tools, power equipment, and small machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite and company vehicle
• Follow instructions from Crew Leaders and Foremen to complete assigned tasks
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with team members and clients

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motion
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Reliable transportation to and from our shop in Yarmouth, MA
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
