Restaurant General Manager – Iconic New England Brand
Location: Burlington, MA Area
Compensation: $70,000 Base Salary + Monthly Bonus Program
Schedule: 45-Hour Work Week (No Late Nights!)
About the Opportunity
We are conducting a confidential search for a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume, beloved fast-casual dining concept in the Burlington area. Known for its signature regional pizzas, grilled sandwiches, and deep roots in New England, this legacy brand offers a fantastic culture, exceptional food quality, and a fiercely loyal guest base.

Your Role
- Operational Excellence: Direct daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation are consistently met across a diverse, integrated menu.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, interview, hire, and train hourly team members and shift leaders. Act as a hands-on mentor to build an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and accountability.
- Guest Hospitality: Guarantee a superior guest experience, promptly resolving any concerns, soliciting feedback, and building lasting brand loyalty within the community.
- Financial Management: Oversee purchasing, inventory, labor costs, and other controllable expenses to achieve corporate profit objectives.
- Administrative Duties: Prepare and maintain personnel records, schedules, and financial reports.
What You Bring to the Table
- 2+ years of General Management experience in a fast-paced restaurant, fast-casual, or QSR environment.
- A hands-on, "act like an owner" leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing a team.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L, labor, and food costs.
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to make the most of every guest interaction.
- Ability to effectively manage time, delegate tasks, and execute shift operations smoothly.
- ServSafe certification (or the ability to become certified upon hire).
