Mobile Patrol Officer – Bravo Route

Locations: Worcester & Framingham
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM Saturday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 AM Sunday
Position Type: Part-Time could work in to Full-Time (Night Shift)
Pay rate: $20.50 hourly

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Mobile Patrol Officer to cover our Bravo Route throughout Worcester and Framingham. This position is responsible for conducting vehicle patrols of commercial and residential properties, performing property inspections, securing client locations, and maintaining a highly visible security presence. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description:

• Conduct scheduled and random vehicle patrols of assigned properties.
• Perform routine property inspections to identify security concerns or safety hazards.
• Lock and unlock buildings, gates, and other access points as scheduled.
• Respond to alarms, disturbances, and other incidents, taking appropriate action.
• Accurately document patrol activities, incidents, and observations using company reporting systems.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with supervisors, clients, and emergency personnel when necessary.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and post orders.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent Signal with integrity.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
• Ability to safely operate a company patrol vehicle.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain alert, attentive, and proactive throughout overnight shifts.
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Previous security, law enforcement, military, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous security, patrol, law enforcement, military, corrections, or mobile patrol experience.
• Experience working overnight or rotating shifts.
• Experience working independently in a field-based position.
• Familiarity with report writing and incident documentation.

Salary : $20.50
