Job Summary

We’re looking for a Front of House Team Member who is passionate about customer service and enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment. You’ll be the face of Lakon Paris — greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders accurately and operate the POS system.
• Provide product recommendations and share menu knowledge.
• Prepare and serve coffee or beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front/back area.
• Work closely with support staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle payments, packaging, and guest inquiries.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, café, or bakery preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Positive attitude and passion for hospitality
• Weekend and afternoon availability preferred

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
