Sr. Engagement Manager, Brand
Job Title: Senior Engagement Manager, Brand
Location-Type: Remote (20 hrs/week, must work EST hours)
Start Date Is: ASAP
Duration: 6-month contract
Compensation Range: $82.50/hr – $110/hr
Job Description:
This role leads the operational execution of a large-scale corporate rebrand, ensuring the brand rollout is successfully delivered across digital, marketing, events, and sales channels.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Build and manage the end-to-end brand rollout and launch plan

Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, web/digital, events, communications, HR, and sales

Act as the central program lead between internal teams and external creative agencies
-
Maintain master timelines, milestones, owners, and dependencies across multiple workstreams

Identify risks, blockers, and operational gaps while driving solutions to keep the program on track

Lead the phased rollout of brand assets across web, digital channels, sales enablement, events, and communications

Coordinate agency deliverables, approvals, and feedback cycles

Oversee the transition of marketing assets and collateral to the new brand identity

Provide regular updates to senior leadership and manage executive-level communications

Support brand activations for major events and trade shows, ensuring brand consistency and execution quality
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
8 years of experience in brand management, marketing operations, or program/project management
-
Experience leading at least one full corporate rebrand rollout end-to-end from a Fortune 50/100 company

Strong program management experience managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives
-
Experience working with external creative/brand agencies and multiple internal stakeholders
-
Ability to drive execution in fast-paced technology environments

Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including executive leadership updates

Proven ability to identify risks, push back when needed, and provide operational solutions

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, digital, communications, and events

Experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity organizations

Experience supporting large brand activations at trade shows or major industry events

Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones

PMP, PgMP, or related project/program management certifications
