Are you detail-oriented and ready to grow in the healthcare insurance industry? Our client is looking for a Remote Provider Network Operations & Credentialing Specialist to join their team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting provider enrollment, credentialing, delegation oversight, and vendor management — helping ensure smooth operations and a positive member experience.
What You’ll Do
- Review and process provider credentialing applications.
- Verify licenses, certifications, and compliance documents.
- Maintain provider databases and renewal schedules.
- Communicate with providers and vendors to resolve issues.
- Support vendor set-ups, oversight calls, and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) in healthcare/business administration.
- 3+ years in health insurance, credentialing, or provider network management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
