  • Handle all the accounting for a vehicle deal transactions
  • Review and account for all deal documents
  • Track Contracts and receivables
Payoff Liens and other liabilities
  • Clean Accounting Schedules
Log and reconciles Deal Performance * Summarize and submit after-sell products
  • Month end reconciliations
  • Other task and responsibilities
  • Cross train in office roles
Qualifications * Experience using a dealership management system (CDK preferred) * Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve * Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team * Automotive dealership accounting experience REQUIRED About Us: The Kelly Automotive Group is a family owned and operated dealership group that was founded in 1965.
