Event Bartenders

Consider It Done Staffing is currently seeking energetic and highly motivated individuals to join our mixology team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for great service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as a team. Since its founding in 2017, Consider It Done Staffing has rapidly become a leader in on-demand hospitality staffing for bartenders, servers, and chefs. Our clients include Boston's top caterers, elite colleges, and spectacular venues and clubs, which allow our team members the freedom to choose the kinds of events and locations that work best for them -- from private in-home parties to large annual events and everything in between.

What we are looking for:

1. Exceptional bartenders to serve guests at special events throughout the Greater Boston area.
2. Outgoing team players, capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
3. Excellent track record of reliability, communication and service skills.
4. Working knowledge of classic mixed drinks along with proper handling and serving of wine and beer.
5. Ready and able to help create happy memories and great mixed drinks for guests.

Bartender responsibilities/requirements:

1. Set up/breakdown the bar to the event manager's instructions.
2. Maintain an open and friendly courteous manner throughout bar service.
3. Provide own bar kit (wine key, speed cup, strainer, spoon, muller, and pourers).
4. 2 years experience is preferred.
5. Current TIPS or ServeSafe alcohol server certification preferred.

Required

1. Must have a Valid State or Federal ID.
2. A working reliable SMART phone.
3. Willingness to Download Staffing App, and push notifications.
4. Must have the ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
5. Must be authorized to work in the US.
6. Must be near public transportation or have a reliable personal vehicle
7. Must be able to pass a Background Check
