Sales Administrator for Hotel
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our sales department in delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales materials
- Manage and update client databases and sales records accurately
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for clients
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and site visits
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Support the organization of sales events and promotional activities
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales administration, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Knowledge of hotel operations and sales processes is a plus
