**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe and report any unusual conditions or security-related incidents.
+ Support Allied Universal's commitment to maintaining a welcoming and secure atmosphere for all visitors and staff at the location.
+ Maintain awareness of surroundings and promptly communicate any security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel or authorities.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required by site procedures.
+ Complete required reports and documentation for incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client site standards.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
