Accounts Payable
Skills:
Data entry, invoice processing, refunds processing, fixed assets tracking, vendor correspondence, records management, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.We are seeking a detail- oriented Accounting Data Entry Specialist to support accounting operations by accurately entering financial data, maintaining records, and assisting with document management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and experience working with financial documents and accounting databases.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience using Microsoft Word .
Minimum 3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel .
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
Good organizational and record management skills.
Strong communication skills for vendor correspondence.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with accounting systems or financial databases.
Experience in accounts payable, accounting support, or finance operations.
