Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver
We are seeking recent Class A CDL school graduates to join an expanding Eastern fleet based in Worcester, Massachusetts. This opportunity provides paid, mentor-led training designed for new drivers who want to gain practical experience, build confidence on the road, and begin earning promptly.
- Compensation: $1,600–$1,800+ weekly

Job details:
- Predictable regional routes serving Worcester, MA, and surrounding New England/Eastern U.S. markets
- Approximately 3,000 miles per week
- No-touch dry van freight
- Most loads are drop-and-hook
- Brand-new automatic trucks assigned to each driver; no slip seating
- 24/7 dispatch support
- Home time options to support work–life balance:
- Home weekly
- Home every other week
Training program:
- Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
- Assigned mentor during training with a focus on safety and on-road experience
- Program designed to prepare drivers for independent regional operations
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
- Satisfactory driving record
- Must meet DOT and employer hiring requirements
- Availability to start as soon as possible
Qualified candidates who meet the above requirements and are prepared to begin driving in the Worcester, MA region will be considered for this position.
