Duration: 12 months (contract-to-hire)
Compensation Range: $26-$31/hour W2
Job Description:
The Associate EEC supports energy efficiency consultants by assisting with client projects, data analysis, and operational tasks for industrial and commercial clients.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Support Energy Efficiency Consultants (EECs) in client meetings and site walk-throughs
- Assist with special projects, including data cleanup and analysis
- Work within spreadsheets to organize and manage project data
- Shadow senior team members and take on administrative and support tasks
- Collaborate with team members across industrial, municipal, and small business segments
- Gradually support small to mid-sized clients with project execution
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 2–4 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and performing detailed data work
- Willingness to be in the field and attend onsite client meetings
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Experience in energy efficiency or sustainability programs
- Background working with commercial or industrial clients
