Collision Technician

We are seeking a Certified Collision Technician with 3-5 years experience to join our growing team! The right candidate will have past dealership experience and a strong background in collision centers. The day-to-day duties of this role include keeping your area and the shop clean, disassembling damaged cars and reassembling with new parts, and documenting all repairs performed. Company Benefits: * Health, Medical and Dental * 401K Plan * Growth opportunities * Employee vehicle purchase plans * Family owned and operated * Long term job security * Flexible Work Schedule Collision Technician Responsibilities * Determine and repair damaged parts * Communicate status of repairs clearly to body shop manager * Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts * Document all repairs performed * Document all materials used * Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner * Follow all company safety procedures * Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste Collision Technician Qualifications * 3-5 year experience as a collision tech * Ford Certified preferred * Previous experience in a Ford dealership is a plus * ASE Certification is a plus * High school diploma or equivalent * Past dealership experience is a plus * Past collision center experience is required * Completion of vocational program preferred, but not required * Able to work in fast-paced environment * Strong communication and organizational skills * Clean driving record & valid driver’s license About Us: At Danvers Ford, we strive to make every customer a customer for life.
